Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided:
- The product is unused and unworn
- The product is in its original packaging with all accessories, certificates, and tags intact
- The item was not customized or energized on special request
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is provided
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Rudraksha malas or beads that have been worn or used for pooja/meditation
- Custom-made or made-to-order items (e.g., custom thread malas, specific mukhi combinations)
- Energized & Abhimantrit products performed on request
- Items purchased during clearance or special sales
- Products with tampered or missing certificates
Exchange Policy
We offer hassle-free exchanges within 10 days of delivery if:
- You received a wrong or damaged product
- The product has a manufacturing defect
- You wish to upgrade to a different mukhi or size (subject to availability)
To initiate an exchange, simply reach out to our team with your order details and photos of the product.
Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging
- Our team will review and arrange a free replacement or full refund
Refund Process
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds are credited to your original payment method
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
